I’m in love with this super green and super healthy spread 🙌 This with basil, parsley, spinach, salt roasted almonds, lemon juice and garlic infused olive oil 😋 Just blend and add salt and pepper to taste. You can use this as a pesto as well, just add more oil for a more smooth texture 👍

Glutenfree porridge made with cinnamon and almond milk 🙌 It is below freezing outside, so I needed a little extra something warm and cosy for my breakfast. This topped with blueberries, oranges, raspberry compot, almonds, freeze dried raspberries and coconut 😋

Clear the kitchen cupboards buns 😀 I always end up with a lot of different kinds of leftover flour, but never enough for an entire bake. So I decided to combine all my leftovers for these amazing LowFodMap buns. These are with corn flour, sifted spelt flour, oat flour and barley grains. I let the barley grains soak in water for 48 hours to make them easier to digest and let the dough raise in the fridge for 48 hours as well. The result is just ☀️😋🙌

Yesterdays leftovers are todays special treats 🙌 I had sine healthy leftover porridge from yesterdays breakfast that I turned into danish ‘klatkager’ (a kind of pancake) with blueberries and almonds. Eat as they are or be naughty and add a little jam on top 😋
