This topped with blueberries, oranges, raspberry compot, almonds, freeze dried raspberries and coconut πŸ˜‹

So I decided to combine all my leftovers for these amazing LowFodMap buns. These are with corn flour, sifted spelt flour, oat flour and barley grains. I let the barley grains soak in water for 48 hours to make them easier to digest and let the dough raise in the fridge for 48 hours as well. The result is just β˜€οΈπŸ˜‹πŸ™Œ
